Het probleem
Het snijden van rollen en vellen, zakkenproductie, spuitgietprocessen en andere productieprocessen van papier, folie en kunststofmaterialen creëren deeltjes of trekken deeltjes aan die het product vervuilen. Als het product door het productieproces wordt getransporteerd, veroorzaakt contact tussen de producten, alsook het uit elkaar halen ervan, statische elektriciteit. Dit resulteert in het elektrostatisch hechten van verontreinigingen aan de oppervlakte. Hoe sneller u probeert te produceren, hoe gecompliceerder de hierboven beschreven problemen worden. Bevuilde oppervlaktes veroorzaken fouten tijdens het drukproces, het uniform coaten, lamineren etc., wat resulteert in kwaliteitsproblemen, hoge kosten en uiteindelijk ontevreden klanten.
De oplossing
SIMCO biedt een groot scala aan oppervlaktereinigingssystemen. Alle systemen zijn voorzien van ionisatoren die statische ladingen neutraliseren en de aantrekking van vuil op producten en materialen voorkomen.
How do dust-cleaners and particle-cleaners look like?
There is a large variety of dust- and particle cleaners like ionizing air blowers or an air-knife to provide an ionised air-curtain against dust. Anti dust cleaners are also called anti static cleaners since the principle is similar, ionised air will be used to blow of dust or ionised air is used to detach the particles before being vacuumed of the surface.
